History of photo-totes

While watching Live Earth, on 07-07-07, Wendy was inspired to start making designer shopping bags.  She thought perhaps it was something she could do personally and at the same time encourage others to reduce their paper and plastic consumption. 

One day in the fabric store, Wendy came across the cloth that one uses to print photos.  The excitement began. 

The quality of the first photo printed on the fabric was very impressive.    Elated with the outcome, Wendy thought others would love to experience the beauty of their own photos coming to life.

Who We Are

Wendy Kemp, amateur photographer and fabric artist residing in Phoenix, Arizona since 1981.   Raised in the countryside of  Connecticut she has a special fondness and appreciation for nature.   

Favorite summer travels take her to the beautiful north west, visiting friends at the Cedar Mist Llama Farm in Oregon as well as Colorado.  Spring and Fall are her favorite times in Arizona with frequent trips to Sedona and the Sonoran desert region around  Phoenix and Tucson.  This past year she was fortunate to spend extended time in Germany exploring the lovely surroundings.  

A lover of hiking and the outdoors, her camera is never far away.  With an eye for color and design, Wendy and photo-totes were destined for a natural fit!
